By Chavelli uses USPS (unless you choose otherwise) and a tracking number is provided when your order is marked as shipped.

Please keep in mind that once your order is dropped off with USPS or any other service you select, it is out of our hands. I take every care to package your piece but things can happen. There are options to upgrade and expedite shipping at checkout.

Yes! We do ship internationally. We have a few options via DHL that you can select at checkout.

By Chavelli accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. At the moment, we do not accept exchanges. Please log in to your customer account to request a return.

Return requirements

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
• Hoop Charms and multi-piece designs must be returned as a complete set
• Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable

Polymer clay is a wonderful non-toxic material that is used by artists and hobbyists alike. It's a man-made alternative to natural clay that allows for a whole realm of creative possibilities. Like natural clay, it is sculpted and formed while soft, and hardened in a curing process under heat.

The beauty of polymer clay jewelry is that it is extremely lightweight! Most of my earrings weigh around a 1/4 ounce (under 8 grams, and less than the weight of a quarter coin!), and even large, 4" long pieces are just barely double that. It makes for effortlessly easy all-day wear.
